Jasper

10x10 oil on gallery wrapped canvas

I've been struggling with a couple of other paintings so I was delighted that I was able to paint Jasper. He was like a breath of fresh air.

Jasper looks good! You've captured a youthful wonder about him. Do you ever sleep? Aside from supporting all your artist friends, you are also quite prolific! I really admire you for all that you are to the art world and as a good friend!

I love 'breath of fresh air' paintings. They keep us sane... Jasper is delightful. Who knew that purple could be so black?

Oh, cool. The word verification below is one of my favorite artists - Leger.

Good luck with those troublesome pieces. I know you'll find the answers...

Oh my goodness! Jasper is a gorgeous little Lab pup, isn't he? I love how he has his toys around him on his pillow too. Beautiful work, Sheila!

He is a breath of fresh purple air. I love his forthright expression - he looks like he might be just about smiling.

I can't imagine you struggling with any painting, Sheila.

You really captured the expression on this pup's little face. Well done!
