I'm back....

I apologize for not posting on my fellow bloggers sites. It's been an overwhelming several weeks. I'm still not at my full stride but I plan to hit most of the blogs today.

I won't go into the gory details but some of the things involved losing my phone, having the electricity turned off and dealing with the ex again.

In the meantime, I delivered this commission the other day.

This is Max. 24x30 oil on canvas.

Sheeeeeeeeeeee's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!!!

It's about time!

Sounds like you went through some things while you away, Sheila, but it also sounds like you got through them too.

This recent pet commission is so huge in size! Normally your pet pieces are smaller, no?

Nice touch adding the garden-like setting in the backdrop! You filled this painting from corner to corner, giving the owners their money's worth!

Oh, and stick around for a while, okay?

Max is gorgeous! You should illustrate a Max's Day children's book, Sheila.

So sorry to hear about your troubles...it's hard to deal with life sometimes...and wonderful to dive into creation sometimes! Kind of a relief, don't you think? Take care <3
