I spent waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time with this one. The disadvantage of submitting it so late is running out of clever titles for one thing and the inevitable comparison one does with the other awesome submissions.

Sheila this is such a powerful painting and I love the title. Great use of colors. You convey a sense of urgency too with the individuals you've depicted. I really like it...well worth the time you spent working on it. :)
your title is perfect , airports can have a lot of walking to get to.
Your colors are great too.
Good job, Sheila. Don't think of it as competing with the other artists. Think of it as competing with yourself. Remember the reason you paint isn't to be better or worse than someone else, it's to fulfill an innate need in you. I really like the title, as well. -Don
You did it Sheila and I feel proud for you.
The title is perfect the colors are great and I can feel the airports tempo.
Great work...love the purple! This challenge looked too challenging to me that I didn't even attempt it.
Oooh Sheila!! I also adore the purple..... it's so perfect!! Too much time is ok!
Wow, Sheila. You did an amazing job! I love the purples and as always your brushwork is stunning.
You did it! Great job Sheila, keep in mind that you are your only competition, and if you learned something from the experience...wahoo!
Love the purple!
Well done! I like your brushwork - adds to the pace of the airport aerobics!
Sheila, very nice. Great action, strokes, color and name. :)
Ooh but it's wonderful! Especially the guy in the upper right. Great strong colours. I love your tractor too.
Sheila, all that time was well spent. Great job. Love your painterly strokes and your color choices.

Sheila, I think you've done this beautifully. I love your color choices, and the way you've captured the play of lights and darks in the floor. I love your submission!
Sheila, this is wonderful! I love the viewpoint looking down, great play on colors!
Very cool Sheila. Love the way those purple lines draw your eye to that spot of yellow and then just dances around the rest. Great Job!
I love the colour harmony! Your handling of paint here is is great, love the looseness, helps to add motion to the piece!
Oh I love this one, Sheila. I hope to get back in and try one of these challenges again. Maybe the next?
Sheila, what a beautiful painting, and by the way, I've enjoyed your last few posts, but have not made it to many blogs lately to comment. I love your introduction of the purple in the background!
Nice job on a difficult subject.
All that foreshortening and motion is scary, but you handled it well.

A very strong picture, Sheila! I think you did well, here. I loved the tractor too, but I think it was one of those days when my comments just would not post.
Nice, Loose work that shows urgency! Only the most talented can pull this off, Sheila . . . . . . . .which you, obviously, are!
Stunning job Sheila!! Just beautiful.
Something about the colors and the way you painted the people gives the scene a sense of "urgency"...as if they are late for the plane. Great job on another difficult subject!
Sheila!
I love the intense colors in this one!
The strong lights and darks make for a very dramatic painting!
