Fast and Furious

Not as in a Vin Diesel movie but in wanting to do something quickly after struggling with several large paintings. I don't usually [alright almost never] paint flowers but this $3 sale bunch of little yellow roses were begging to be painted. So they got their way and I got a break from struggling over the larger pieces to get a 10x8 piece finished.

10x8 oil on stretched canvas
$45 which includes shipping

Nice Sheila! I really like the negative space between the stems and your vase. Good piece!

Oh super Sheila, this style is great and they came out very Van Gogh-like!

Marie took the words out of my mouth "Van Gogh like".

Good one Sheila. The negative spaces really make this special. This reminds me of VanGogh's irises, it just has the same feel.
