Quick Sketch
of the guy sitting across from me in a waiting room yesterday.
ISn't great to draw when we have to wait. I had to wait at the DMV the other day and the time went by so fast because I was drawing. XOXO Happy Mom Day to you too.
Okay i think this is the first time i've seen you do a sketch and i have to say its really awesome!! when i see sketches it gets my hand really really itchy lol gotta draw now ^^
Oh yeah the last piece i did was 10"x7.75" and i'm trying to figure out how to make it into a series XD since i have 3 more of those canvas'
Love your sketches, as always. Do you ever approach your subject afterward to show them or no? I once had a woman sketching me, or so I thought becuase she kept drawing on a sketch book and looking up at me. i wanted to know or at least see what it looked like but would have been embarassed if she was not sketching me at all. Love your work
Did you make him nervous? Looks like he knew you were drawing him and he was enjoying it ;) Love it, you captured how relaxed he was and wonderful movement!

Very well done sketch, Sheila! I haven't done that in years...I kick myself for missing so many great opportunities.
this sketch has a lot of life!

Happy Mothers Day to you!!
Great lines! Wonder if he'd been smiling if knew about your work on the force...?
Sheila!
I love, love, love sketches! Especially pen and ink ones.
This quick sketch is great.
Very lively looking (one of the reasons I love sketches so much) and animated in appearance.
Nice job capturing the "dude's" body language and the overall impression of him.
Sketching people (unaware live models) is very tricky to do because they could move at any moment!
Really nice job with that, Sheila!

so excellent. I have to say your understanding of human anatomy and expression is so skilled (no surprise there). I love your figure drawings.
Great sketch! You are very good at this!
